We are well aware that using food industry machinery and equipment may cause mechanical, electrical and thermal hazards, as well as failure to provide ergonomic workplace conditions and comply with occupational health and safety principles. Any of these hazards may result in food contamination risk and a risk to consumers’ health.
As a supplier of welded machines, equipment and structures or constructions for the food industry, Base Group reduces and eliminates risks at all stages of order execution, i.a. production documentation preparation, welding and assembly. The materials used to manufacture the machinery meet the relevant criteria, i.e. they are durable, corrosion-resistant, non-toxic, food-safe and do not affect the taste and smell of the food produced. We provide proper machining and surface finishing of all machine parts. We pay special attention to any parts that come into direct contact with food. The surfaces of food processing machinery have suitable smoothness and low roughness for easy cleaning.
We guarantee our clients with professionalism at every stage of order execution. As a leader in the production of machinery, we offer technical advice and support clients with our experience in optimising production process. We also assembly all necessary components of machinery, perform full Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and ensure clients can directly install machines after delivery from Base Group.
Structures and constructions that have been delivered to clients throughout Europe and beyond may serve as a testament to Base Group’s know-how and experience. One of them was a stainless steel structure for a fish farm delivered to one of our clients. The construction shown in the photo is used on a fish farm to produce high-quality fish oil and fish meal.
The structure presented below has been made for our customer from the food processing industry. The conveyors visible in the photograph were manufactured for our customer from Iceland. Stainless steel conveyor belts were armed with plastic. Factory acceptance test and test runs had been carried out at Base Group before delivery to final destination took place.
