Base Group was awarded at the Vision for Development Forum for its management practices. Our company, headed by the CEO – Jakub Kaszuba, took the 1st place in the Management category. This is a great distinction – we are among the top Polish companies that make significant contribution to the development of the Polish economy. This award is dedicated to companies and its management for whom the financial result is not the only priority in doing business. It is recognition of Base Group’s dedication to excellence and continuous improvement practices.
Vision for Development Forum – the award gala
The award gala was organised as part of the 3rd edition of the Vision for Development Forum (https://wizjarozwoju.pl) held on the 24-25 August 2020 in Gdynia. The Forum is the largest economic event in the northern Poland, held under auspices of the Polish Prime Minister – Mateusz Morawiecki.
Similarly to previous years, the Forum was devoted to the most important topics of the Polish economy. The discussions were held regarding Corona virus and its impact on the global economy. Experts, together with owners of the largest Polish companies, exchanged their knowledge and experience during professionally prepared sessions in thematic blocks: Maritime Wind Energy; Media; National Economy; Innovative Technology; Economy and Labour Market; Education, Research and Development for the Economy; Investments; Maritime Economy; Economic Cooperation; Partners Forum; Silver Economy; Challenges.
